Jeanette Rubio-Cahill recently relocated to the New York/New Jersey area from Los Angeles. Her skills and competence are reflected with 16 years of work experience in Healthcare & Biotechnology. Jeanette’s professional background encompasses specific expertise in Group & Private Medical Practice Management in Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Ambulatory Care Administration. Jeanette has managed several successful plastic surgery offices and aligned her experience with distinguished board certified plastic surgeons affiliated with ASPS and ASAPS. Jeanette’s extensive management, technical and clinical skills have increased patient satisfaction and achieved practice goals.
Jeanette’s skills significantly hone in on the success of the business operation that deliver practice efficiency, growth and profitability. She successfully increased surgeries and profit margins through cultivating and developing excellent rapport with patients, proficiency in insurance reimbursements, strong leadership and staff training. She collaborated with vendors in developing business strategic plans and initiated marketing plans for the practice.
Jeanette was recently awarded a diploma in a Skin Care Specialist program while multi-tasking as an independent Consultant for BFI Consulting and traveling nationally as a Medicare Surgical Facility Inspector for AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities).
In addition to her B.S in Business Management degree from Ateneo and Letran University in the Philippines, she also attained a diploma in Project Management at University of California in Los Angeles in 2005.
