June Marie Russo has been in the Medical Aesthetic industry for over 21 years. Her expertise is in establishing medical aesthetic business from ground zero and coaching members of the practice to make for a great success. She knows what it is like to work in the facilities as she has spent over two decades running practices as administrator, surgical coordinator, marketing specialist, and skin care specialist.
She can help you with everything from location of facility, staffing, policy manuals, service menus, product selection, marketing, training, inventory control, event planning, and all other aspects of creating a renowned practice.
June Marie has also spent many years training personnel on various medical devices and educating students at the college level on such topics as Defensive Medical Documentation, How to Be a Winning Medical Receptionist, Medical Billing and Coding, and Effective Reimbursement in the Medical Practice.
She resides in Buffalo, NY with her two adult children who are also in the medical aesthetic industry.
