Tamara Hynson

Throughout her career, Tamara Hynson is known for developing strategic plans and tools that help businesses succeed. Her dedication to start-ups and emerging industries has spanned two decades and has included the pharmaceutical, Internet publishing, retail space interior design and medical-aesthetic industries.

Tamara identifies extracts and encapsulates complex information into user-friendly formats to develop strategic plans and implement tactical measures that deliver results. She is skilled at determining positioning, branding and messaging requirements in order to develop and implement multi-level corporate and sales tools.

Tamara asks purposeful questions and thoroughly analyzes all the components to gain an in-depth understanding of a company and its culture.  She identifies strengths, weaknesses and potential areas of growth in order to help single and multi-unit locations set attainable goals and make intelligent business decisions.  Through competitive analysis she designs tailor-made training programs and user-friendly marketing and operations tools to create field correspondence, sales collateral, presentations, website copy, FAQs, quick reference guides, protocols, client education programs, user applications and training materials to support business objectives.  

As Senior Practice Development Consultant she helped grow one of the largest chains of Laser Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation companies in North America from 10 to 76 locations. Tamara worked with 76 physicians and entrepreneurs and assisted each to determine the appropriate location, budget, medical devices and aesthetic equipment based on area demographics, experience and individual state regulations.  She also supported owners in hiring and training sales staff, developing realistic goals and implementing appropriate tracking tools.

Tamara teamed with aFaccia, Inc., an aesthetic business practice consultancy, as Director of Business Development.  AFaccia was created to support the rise in the number of businesses offering anti-aging, emergent laser/light & radio frequency technologies and the retail products to support them.  

With the aFaccia team, she then joined the start-up of Calidora Skin Clinics, Inc. and developed marketing, operations and training materials for all clinic positions including physicians, PAs, RNs, LPNs, aestheticians, management, sales staff and front desk staff in order to enable consistent operations for delivering laser/light and radio frequency based medical device treatments in addition to injectable therapies, facials and peels.  Credited for the development of sales tools and a privately branded cosmeceutical skincare product line, she supported an increase in corporate locations from two to seven in the states of Washington and California.
