Spy Call is a mystery shopping service, offered by beautiful forever, that will enable you to gauge the quality and ability of your staff in handling new phone inquiries, new patients/clients, follow-up, and lead management.

This program is invaluable when you take into consideration that most customers who have unsatisfactory experiences will not complain…they will just not come back, and they are likely to tell others about their experience, who in turn will also probably avoid doing business with you.

Mystery shopping programs can identify areas of training which need improvement and can identify areas of training that are working particularly well. We do this by giving anonymous, unbiased, objective third party assessments of the customer service experience we have received.

Types of Mystery Shopping:

  • On-site: One or more of our consultants can pose as new prospects and anonymously call and arrange a visit to your facility. 
  • Specific Service: Evaluate specific employee and/or treatment re: room, preparation, sales skills, exit systems, etc.
  • Competitive Shopping: One or more of our consultants visits the local competition.
  • Internet Performance: We utilize the internet to evaluate performance of internet related transactions.
  • Telephone Performance Evaluation: Covertly evaluate telephone procedures of employee or call center.

Our Consultant/s submit a detailed, written report following the mystery shopping exercise and give you direct feedback by phone or face-to-face.
